Our team is seeking a qualified Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our dynamic mental health team in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This role requires a CBT Therapist who has completed their training in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and holds BABCP accreditation or can evidence working towards accreditation.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for working with children, young people, and families experiencing mental health and trauma difficulties. The post holder will work as part of a creative environment where new ideas, ways of working, and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outcome-focused interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, colleges, and local community services to provide early intervention and prevention work for mental health issues.

The salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, based on full-time hours. We offer a permanent contract with a full-time working pattern. The reference number for this position is 449-CFS-6770.
