We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing employee expenses. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of accounting and finance, with full support from the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process large volumes of invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Manage employee expenses
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong skills in Excel
- Experience as an admin, preferably with exposure to invoice processing
What You'll Get:
