Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced DTC E-commerce Professional to join our team as an Assistant Trading Manager - DTC. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.
  • Report to the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager and collaborate with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience with DTC platforms/tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SAP) ideally gained within FMCG/ eRetail/Luxury Beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of Trading + Operations.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Google Suite, web dev / HTML.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in partnership with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies.
  • Detailed orientated with strong planning, multitasking and data analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in German/French is desirable.
