Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Supervisor to join our team at Job N Job UK Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Country Store and Online Shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Service Excellence: Provide a stunning retail experience and exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

  • Sales Performance: Manage sales targets to increase sales and improve margin where possible.

  • E-commerce Management: Develop and manage our e-commerce site to drive online sales and growth.

  • Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock pricing and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Business Analysis: Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.

  • Quality and Service Standards: Ensure high standards for quality and customer service across all retail operations.

  • Sales Trend Analysis: Analyze and interpret sales trends to inform business decisions.

  • Customer Needs: Respond to customer needs and provide solutions to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Marketing Support: Support the marketing department with brand promotion and awareness.

  • Special Promotions: Organize special promotions displays and events to drive sales and engagement.

  • Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.

  • Competitor Monitoring: Understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor local competitors.

  • Business Improvement: Initiate changes to improve the business and drive growth.

  • Supplier Relationships: Work closely with suppliers to maintain good relationships and drive business value.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of retail sales experience (required), 1 year of supervising experience (preferred), 1 year of customer service experience (required), 1 year of retail management experience, 1 year of management experience (preferred), 1 year of stock management experience (preferred), 1 year of online management experience (required)
