Business Account Manager (Amazon & Pure Player)

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and margin growth for the pan-EU Amazon & Pure Player business.
  • Own and manage the development of new businesses, growth strategies for existing accounts, and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Manage the National Sales, General Management, and Commercial teams across all brands in key European markets.

**Requirements**

  • Significant experience with Amazon & Pure Player eCommerce for European markets (UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy), activation levers, product flow, and website/App performance optimization.
  • Direct and hands-on sales experience in eCommerce within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Beauty.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth—managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail media management.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in English.
