Sales and Marketing Territory Manager (Musketeer) at Red Bull UK


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Territory Manager (Musketeer) to join our team in Edinburgh.


Main Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand visibility in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry experts to establish Red Bull as a leader in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors.
  • Utilize exceptional sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers and exceed sales targets.
  • Travel extensively (80-90%) to meet with customers, attend events, and facilitate brand activations.
  • Collaborate with the Red Bull team to share best practices, leverage expertise, and drive innovation in sales and marketing.

  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Travel requirements: 80-90%
