About the Role

Earn a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, with uncapped commission potential adding up to circa £22,000 annually. Enjoy hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days spent in our office.

This role involves managing, retaining, and growing an existing customer base across the UK, Netherlands, and Nordic countries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a high volume of opportunities, aiming to close 6-7 deals per month with a sales cycle averaging 60-90 days.
  • • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the account base/sales pipeline efficiently.
  • • Develop an in-depth understanding of Marmion's product offerings, competitor products, and the technology industry.
  • • Leverage expertise as a trusted consultative account manager for clients.
  • • Engage in technical sales discussions and demonstrations with clients, highlighting the value, scalability, and customisation capabilities of Marmion's products.
  • • Deliver product presentations focusing on solution selling.
  • • Consistently execute successful closing tactics to increase sales.
Requirements

We seek a candidate with:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced sales role.
  • • Previous technology/SaaS experience is desired but not essential.
  • • Confident in working strategically to grow large, enterprise, complex accounts.
  • • Driven to achieve/exceed targets and KPIs.
  • • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
