Hours: 44 hours per week on a rotational shift basis
We are expanding our sales team at Lookers Wearside Audi and are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to provide a personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and in person to ensure a welcoming environment
- Listen attentively to customer wants and needs to suggest suitable vehicles
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Negotiate the final price for the sale
- Complete relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaise with relevant departments throughout the sales process
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required.
