Role / Department

Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is a leading investment management firm entrusted by investors worldwide to navigate changing market environments and achieve their long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and oversee regulatory change implementation across NTAM EMEA, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing regulatory risk.
  • Manage regulatory change implementation through project management techniques, coordinating with BAU/functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively maintain the NTAM regulatory change model, monitoring adherence to the corporate regulatory change framework and making recommendations as needed.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties, representing NTAM EMEA and legal entities at relevant regulatory forums and committees.
  • Produce relevant metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of the regulatory environment in Asset Management.
  • Anticipate project risks and escalate in a timely manner to drive decisions by project groups.
  • Lead training and communications with partners to promote a robust risk and regulatory aware culture.

Requirements:

  • A College/University degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the investment management industry, with a demonstrated track record in regulatory change.
  • Proficiency with investment products, change management methods, and report writing.
  • Thorough understanding of the Investment Management industry and financial services.
