Customer Service Representative

The Customer Assistant role is a key part of the M&S Iceking team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales in our stores. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are aware of our latest offers and promotions, and providing a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
