We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our team of support workers in delivering high-quality care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service users receive the best possible care, maximising their choices, rights, and decisions. To achieve this, the candidate must have:

  1. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  2. Experience working with Young People with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours and paid holiday. The successful applicant will also have opportunities for ongoing career progression.

The ideal candidate will undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau and adhere to our safeguarding policies to ensure the welfare of vulnerable adults/children is prioritised.
