Nurse/Paramedic Role in Central London

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Nurse/Paramedic to join our team in this rewarding role.

About the Job:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Utilize advanced skills to provide autonomous clinical care and support timely case-finding.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration (RGN) or HCPC registration (Paramedic).
  • Proven experience working in community or primary care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Our trust offers a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
