We are seeking an experienced Tuberculosis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our respiratory service, you will work in the community-based TB service within West Hertfordshire and be based at Hemel Hempstead Hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Support and monitor patients with Active TB, Latent TB, NTM, and TB contact tracing screening, including Mantoux testing.
- Supervise treatment, including directly observed therapy (DOT).
You will work closely with UKSHA, developing relationships and presenting at Cohort Reviews, as well as collaborating with Acute Respiratory physicians at Watford Hospitals Healthcare Trust.
