Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a community setting and as a registered nurse, with a strong understanding of bladder and bowel dysfunction.
About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work with our Adult Bladder and Bowel Service Specialist Team in Hertfordshire. As a Bladder and Bowel Care Professional, you will be responsible for assessing patients, devising treatment plans, and delivering care to ensure they receive high-quality support.
Main Responsibilities:

- Independently assess patients, including bladder scans, and develop effective treatment plans.">
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including trust staff and other healthcare professionals.">
- Deliver bladder and bowel care training to trust staff and other areas as required.">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a health or social care setting.">
- Experience of working as part of a team and using Microsoft Office and various databases.">
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.">
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability).">
