Job Role

Serve Homecare is looking for a dedicated Homecare Assistant Specialist to provide care and support to clients in Stevenage and North Hertfordshire. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, day centres, and social activities.
Requirements:
  • A caring and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
