Residential Children's Home Manager

Bay View Childcare is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Residential Team Leader to join our already established Residential Team in Heysham, Morecambe.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential children's home. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents while promoting a positive and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of care workers to provide high-quality support to residents
- Coordinating daily routines and activities to promote social skills and independence
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential children's home setting
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins
