About the Role

Oaktree Capital Management is seeking a skilled CLO Analyst to join our Performing Credit Group in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on our European CLOs, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and reconcile compliance testing on a daily basis;
  2. Prepare hypothetical test scenarios to ensure the integrity of our CLOs;
  3. Assist in the monthly reporting process, including updating models and liaising with the trustee on data and cash reconciliations;
  4. Collaborate with internal groups such as Fund Accounting, Trade Support, and Data Management to ensure seamless operations;
  5. Develop a deep understanding of CLO documents and outline necessary compliance parameters;
  6. Test internal compliance models for new and refinanced CLO transactions;
  7. Work with internal IT teams to develop improved processes and efficiency gains;
  8. Provide ad hoc research and data requests to support the team's needs.

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in a similar role;
  2. Knowledge of Fixed Income instruments, specifically Loans and Bonds, and CLO products;
  3. Experience with Reconciliation and/or Trade Settlements is a plus.

Education

A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
