Advanced Mental Health Care Specialist

Salary Range: £34,164 - £36,585 per annum + £5K welcome bonus
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their dynamic team. As a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services, the company offers a challenging and fulfilling career with opportunities for development.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin or be in the process of revalidation, with proven experience in mental health nursing, ideally within an inpatient or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to patient care and recovery, with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience or a willingness to work with therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR is advantageous.
This role offers a sign-on bonus of £5,000, enhancements for weekend and bank holiday shifts, enhanced maternity pay, free on-site parking, payment into the pension scheme, sponsorship of professional qualifications, and long service award.
