**About the Role:**

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Housing Options Officer at Rutland County Council.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful contribution to our Housing Options team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering an efficient and effective Housing Options, Homelessness, and Prevention service.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on housing-related matters.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective housing strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

**Requirements:**

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of government legislation and statutory procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to employee wellbeing programs.
