We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer engagement strategy
- To recruit, train, and support a diverse group of volunteers
- To maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and activity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for wildlife conservation and volunteering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
£26,045.62 pro rata per annum
