About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote college courses, activities, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Department in planning, promoting, and executing marketing campaigns and events that showcase the college's offerings.
  • Assist in the coordination of college events, including open days, new student events, and Apprenticeships Unlocked, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experience.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track application numbers to identify trends and areas that require additional marketing support.
  • Collaborate with college departments to align marketing campaigns with college objectives and goals.
  • Provide administrative support, including updating contact lists and reports, to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career within marketing
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
