Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and social media, as well as strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials, including social media content and email campaigns.
    • Help set up and manage marketing campaigns, including designing promotional materials and managing documentation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new and creative ideas for campaigns and team projects.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Manage documentation and file organization, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible.
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling, and managing communications.
    • Assist other team members with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
    • Assist team members in providing the correct documents for each project.
    • Maintain good communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (training will be provided on-site).
  • Strong social media skills and experience in content creation and management.
  • Creative flair for design and marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
