We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator for Paediatric Services.

This role is a key position within our community administrative teams, providing high-quality administrative support to our paediatric services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additionally, they will have excellent typing skills and be proficient in using hospital computer systems, including ECamis and EPR.

As part of our team, you will contribute to the general daily activities of the office, including responding to telephone enquiries, filing activities, and other specific key activities that are the responsibility of the Paediatric teams.

You will also be required to deal with any child protection/safeguarding liaison/communication as required (training will be provided).

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, plus benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
