About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Solutions Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide innovative security solutions that meet their requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Your Ideal Background:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the security industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong personal presence.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
