We are seeking a National Business Development Manager to join our team at Logic Resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Grow customer base through proactive business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the construction, production, engineering, or warehouse industry

Benefits:

  • A basic salary of up to £55k + bonus (OTE £60-£65k)
  • Company car or cash allowance
  • 40hrs per week – Permanent
  • 25 days annual leave + BH
  • Laptop and phone provided

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
