Proposal Development Manager

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in bid writing and processes, ideally in environmental consultancy, infrastructure or construction sectors. They will be able to deliver on area targets and objectives for the Bids team, lead key meetings, review and refine pricing and content, and keep the bids horizon updated with information from tender notifications and business intelligence sources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver on area targets and objectives for the Bids team.
- Lead key meetings, including bid/no-bid decisions, kick-off sessions, quality and price reviews.
- Review and refine pricing and content produced for bids and proposals.
- Keep the bids horizon updated with information from tender notifications and business intelligence sources.
The Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in bid writing and processes, ideally in environmental consultancy, infrastructure or construction sectors. We specialize in asbestos management, environmental consultancy and geospatial surveying. Our mission is to protect people and the environment by providing exceptional services that make a difference.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a dynamic work environment.
