We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Ophthalmology with a passion for cornea and external eye disease to join our prestigious NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead our cornea and external eye disease service, while also providing a comprehensive ophthalmic service.
- Develop and lead the cornea and external eye disease service, providing expert care to patients.
- Perform cataract surgery and participate in the consultant on-call rota for emergency duties.
- Contribute to the teaching and training of ophthalmic trainees and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the Postgraduate Medical Education programme and contribute to the development of our department.
