Citrus Recruit is recruiting for a Regional Sales Coordinator in Smethwick, working with a global manufacturing company.

This role involves working as part of a team to manage a territory, generate new business, grow existing accounts, and support the business through growth.

As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting new products from the expanding range, upselling, and cross-selling to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed account holders.
  • Utilize training provided to engage and attract customers.
  • Reconnect with lapsed accounts by offering a fresh contact or approach.
  • Manage multiple accounts while generating new leads.
  • Promote new products from the expanding range, upsell, and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your Field Sales Manager to achieve targets and KPIs.
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Industrial or engineering experience, particularly with chemicals, adhesives, or paints, is advantageous.
Benefits & Compensation
  • £27,000 salary.
  • Annual bonus structure – up to 25%.
  • Quarterly sales incentives.
  • Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:00, and Friday, 08:30-13:30 working hours.

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • 4x Life insurance.
