Business Support Officer

IT Bods Ltd is seeking an experienced and professional Business Support Officer to join their supportive and friendly team. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday.

The Role

This multifaceted role involves tasks related to office management, compliance, HR, and bookkeeping. The Business Support Officer must be comfortable building strong working relationships within the support and management team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting with compliance, including checking client records and coordinating with advisers
  • Managing office tasks, such as handling post, calls, and office supplies
  • Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, holiday planning, and maintaining employment records
  • Conducting bookkeeping activities, including managing the accounts inbox and processing expenses
  • Participating in various projects and operational development initiatives
  • Collaborating with other management team members to meet the needs of the team and the broader organisation
