Job Summary:

Gibson Hollyhomes is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to support the operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer master data, running reports based on KPIs, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer master data and ensure its accuracy and completeness
  • Run reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, scanning, and other ad-hoc duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our business remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business operations setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
