Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Olivia Hughes Recruitment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Operations in driving improvements and efficiency across all teams within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage diary capacity for healthcare professionals, ensuring maximum capacity and efficient use of resources.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure that all operational procedures are followed to maintain clinic standards.
  • Monitor capacity levels and proactively manage scheduling to optimise clinic performance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and provide support to the clinic management team.
  • Leverage technology insights to enhance the patient experience and continually drive improvements, working closely with the team managers.
  • Collaborate effectively with all clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a consistently excellent patient service experience at all times.
  • Analyse, prepare, provide and present accurate data regarding clinic performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
