About the Opportunity

Prestige Nursing is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex health needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take on a new challenge and develop their skills and expertise. You will receive a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service) and an additional day off for your birthday.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care to patients with complex health needs
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual patient needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
