Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

- Assist with practical tasks like shopping, meal preparation, and housework.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

About You:

- You don't need prior social care experience to apply; we're looking for someone with a caring and compassionate nature.

- You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
