Customer Support Ambassador

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
This position involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions to issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents when necessary.
A strong understanding of customer service principles, product knowledge, and technical troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The salary for this position is $44,300 annually, with opportunities for shift differentials and retention bonuses. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training, consistent performance support from your Team Leader, and access to our employee discount program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet productivity standards
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with CRM software and technical troubleshooting tools
