Job Summary:

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Customer Support Officer Scale 6 to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure effective complaint resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work with technical information and explain complex concepts to customers.
