In-House Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various roles across the company.
Your primary duties will include taking initial vacancy briefs from hiring managers, drafting engaging job adverts, sifting CVs, and screening candidates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining rapport with candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and processing job offers via our ATS.
In addition, you will work collaboratively with our internal marketing team on website and social media campaigns to attract top talent. You will also review metrics to improve the recruitment process, including quality of hire, time to offer, and direct hire rate.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in recruitment within a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CVs, and performing telephone interviews. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with ease and confidence in talking with people at all levels.
