Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our dedicated team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children can develop their love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring a child-centred approach to learning.
  • Create an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
  • Assess and track individual progress, providing regular feedback to children and their families.
  • Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure that every child's needs are met.
Requirements:
  • A qualified teacher with experience in Early Years education (QTS Required).
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • A passionate, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A nurturing and patient personality with a genuine love for working with young children.
