About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that showcases their features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of our stores, including the display of products, fixtures, and signage.
  • Implement visual merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products and that our inventory is accurately managed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a visual merchandising or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
