Requirements:

• Numeracy and Literacy GCSE or equivalent standard.

• Excellent communication skills, including telephone and language skills.

• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

• IT Literate and proficient in using computer systems.

Desirable Criteria:

• ECAMIS/SYMPHONY experience.

• Awareness of medical records management.

• Strong team player and able to work on own initiative.

Personal Attributes:

• Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure whilst remaining calm.

• Be able to speak English as necessary to undertake the role.
