Family Operations Officer

About the Role:
Preston Park Primary is seeking a dedicated and organized Family Operations Officer to join our administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the school's mission of providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student data, admissions, and provide administrative support for secondary school places.
- Support pupils in achieving their academic potential and establish relationships with families.
- Work collaboratively with staff to maintain good admissions practice and impact positively on admissions.
- Provide medical supervision for students with specific needs and ensure information in school publications is up-to-date and secure.
- Contribute to the overall ethos and work of the school.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and experience with MIS systems.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex information accurately.
- Confidentiality and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of current issues affecting children and young people.
- Relevant experience in admissions and working with families.
