About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Business Manager to join our team at The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Salary Details

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, along with additional benefits including a company car and up to 5% personal bonus.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

This role will involve:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve revenue targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working within the FMCG industry, preferably in a commercial role
  • Demonstrable experience of account management and business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
