As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and contributing to strategic planning.

A key aspect of this role is to promote partnership working, uphold exemplary customer care, and embody the company values at all times. Your excellent communication skills, experience in leadership, and knowledge of the EYFS will enable you to provide effective support and guidance to your team.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £32,175-£36,621 (37.5 hours), plus up to 50 paid days off work per year. We also offer a range of benefits, including childcare discounts, retail perks, and career progression opportunities.
