We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Leader at our Willows Day Nursery in Stoke Mandeville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of early years educators, supporting them to deliver outstanding outcomes for children aged 3-4 years old. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to make a real difference in the lives of young children. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of early years educators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver outstanding care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our nursery provides a stimulating and engaging environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities and events that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure that they are fully informed and involved in their child's care and education.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in early years education or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an early years setting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
