Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at HANetf ETC Securities plc. As a key member of our office operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage office and staff expenses, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Reconcile company credit cards, petty cash, and employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain financial records for audit purposes, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office administration, with a strong focus on financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial software such as Xero.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in financial reporting and data accuracy.
