Senior Systems Engineer

Aeropeople Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join its Multi-Function Radar team. As a key member of this close-knit team, you will be responsible for evolving the radar portfolio of existing and brand-new radar products to address emerging threats in the realm of Future Air Dominance.

With demonstrable experience in contemporary Systems Engineering, you will work alongside inter-disciplinary engineers to deliver next generation technology solutions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your junior systems engineering population.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering concepts and methods, with experience in providing technical solutions and addressing engineering problems. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and customer stakeholders.

  • Create innovative solutions to technological and operational challenges for complex Multi-Function Radar systems.
  • Apply systems engineering concepts and methods to provide technical solutions and address engineering problems.
  • Undertake system design analysis to manage trade-offs of system parameters.
  • Discern and decompose requirements to system and sub-system level.
  • Conduct system development and implementation activities, with internal & customer stakeholder engagement.
  • Work together with specialists in diverse engineering fields to realize comprehensive system design solutions.
  • Plan and undertake system integration and testing.
  • Contribute to definition and articulation of system acceptance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salary: up to £62,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
