BAE Systems is looking for a talented Radar System Modelling Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in radar system modelling, you will be responsible for conducting detailed planning, cost-benefit analysis, and optimising system effectiveness to meet programme goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions with independence and technical integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct radar system modelling, detailed planning, and cost-benefit analysis to optimise system effectiveness
  • Promote innovative technologies across programmes and shape strategy and policy within the Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
  • Lead large-scale complex system designs with knowledge of engineering lifecycles and tools

A Chartered Engineer status or significant experience towards it, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline and proven experience, are essential requirements for this role.
