Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Cowes, Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge radar systems and make a real difference in the lives of those who serve and protect us.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation radar systems. You will work closely with our close-knit Multi-Function Radar team to deliver innovative solutions to complex technological and operational challenges.

  • Develop and implement system designs that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with specialists in diverse engineering fields to realise comprehensive system design solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in systems engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in systems engineering concepts and methods.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • British passport holder and eligibility to apply for SC clearance.
