HR Payroll Coordinator Position

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the People Services function, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage statutory payroll compliance, including calculating and processing statutory payments and deductions.
- Prepare and maintain schedules for maternity and other statutory payments.
- Process documentation for starters, leavers, overtime, court orders, and other deductions, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Advisor to address inconsistencies or errors.
- Review and manage sickness and holiday reports for submission to the payroll provider.
- Ensure strong control frameworks are adhered to and all amendments are submitted on time.
- Provide responsive, confidential support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Administer and reconcile monthly pensions and manage tax year-end processes, including P60 and P11D documentation.
