Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Aid Coordinator to join our team at London Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Student Association, including approving expenditures, liaising with LBS Finance, and setting up suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control, sales ledger, and purchase ledger, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to providing an efficient and effective business support service.

  • Manage the financial aspects of the Student Association, including approving expenditures and liaising with LBS Finance.
  • Set up suppliers and process supplier invoices.
  • Design and develop materials and policy guidance for use in the provision of an efficient and effective business support service.
  • Independently collate, cleanse and analyse data, and make recommendations based on analysis to support the department's decision making process.
