About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized Global Programmes Assistant to support our Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams. This role requires excellent organisational, teamwork and numeracy skills to work with key stakeholders to ensure an effective, efficient and quality delivery of development and emergency response programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide programme and administrative assistance to Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams as required including support with the development and production of project proposals.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Tracker and SharePoint site.
  • Maintain soft (and if required hard copies of) programme files, provide filing assistance to the team and support archiving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high degree of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and utilise any software adopted by Muslim Aid.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave + 4 privilege days, paid time off for medical appointments, 2 hours lunch break on Fridays, Time off in Lieu (TOIL), and a Pension Scheme.
